My answer was rather direct :

Hello Mr Pinot,

My ex-wife is completely unstable, and I'm not sure that's a good idea to continue to let the rain or shine.

I remind you that you continue to accommodate my children on the database that you know to be established on false bases (custody Korea recorded on presentation of an obsolete divorce).

Now my ex-wife and her friend Willi Häuptli carry the same blackmail last autumn, ie seek the withdrawal of criminal complaints filed in Switzerland, to finally leave from Loïc thus separating children. This is to put an end to these acts severely disruptive for Loïc and Leah. Make yourself a little bit in their place.

I have already booked a plane ticket and I arrive tomorrow evening in Seoul. It was planned to last night that Loïc and Leah return with me. They were prepared and agreed with this solution.

I must say that I had just received this message from Mr Kwon :

Dear Mr. Honegger,

Ms. O spoke with your ex-wife yesterday.

According to your ex-wife, your children will return to their normal schooling as of today and Ms. Park has informed us that there must have been a misunderstanding with respect to the communications between Ms. Park and the school.

Ms. Park said that, as you and Ms. Park have agreed to at the Korean Legal Aid Center, she remains open to the idea of returning the children back to Switzerland if you would withdraw the criminal charges in Switzerland.

In light of Ms. Park’s above intentions to allow the children to return to Switzerland, it would be possible to make arrangements for you to have custody and parental rights over your son and your wife to have custody and parental rights over your daughter and allow both you and your ex-wife to visit them during vacations. Please advise if it would be possible for you to consider such proposal of Ms. Park and such arrangement.
